I love the classes and opportunities this business offers. Manager adds their job responsibilities to you. Training new staff members. VP of Sales has never offered any training in regards to Sales. Admin is expected as well as Sales and handling customer needs work of 3 people Extreme and Obvious favoritism - promotions and pay increases to friends of regional manager.

No one in upper management seems to care - no trust or support. If you choose to work here be prepared for 7 day work weeks - tenant needs can be late night and weekends, no advancement and mediocre compensation.

Pros Good healthcare benefits. Cons Highly stressful and never ending. If you have a steady base of clients then this is the place for you but if you are just starting out on your own then its going to be very difficult Pros Pay your liability ins. Cons When you don't have clients, you don't make money. I pick my own hours of time to work and manage myself. I work three days a week and it is perfect for me. Depending on the day I work about 5 to 9 hour days, just varies with clients that I have that day.

New to St. Pete and everyone was very welcoming! Love the flexibility and clientele! Management is always timely and helpful with any problems or issues. It is a step below owning your own salon. If you can't handle this you shouldn't own a salon.
